Shipments to the Canary Islands may have additional handling and/or customs costs that must be paid in any case by the buyer.

DUA export origin/destination Canary Islands, check with your office requirements to exempt the payment of the same, according to the resolution of 01/09/2017 of the Dept. of Customs and Special Taxes of the State Agency of Tax Administration. The DUA will be charged when the value of the order exceeds €150. To this DUA, the corresponding taxes of each government must be added: for the Canary Islands it is the IGIC which corresponds to 7% and for Ceuta and Melilla it is the IPSI which ranges between 0.5% and 10%. These taxes and the corresponding DUA will be paid by the customer at the time of delivery of the goods by the transport agency (MRW in our case).

As a note of clarification, for shipments to the Canary Islands that do not meet the conditions for presenting the DUA, i.e. orders with a value of less than 150€, the courier company will request the tax generated by the “Low cost declaration” which will be paid to the courier company in order to receive the order. This amount is NOT included in the payment of the order. Therefore, if you live in the Canary Islands you should be aware of this additional cost which neither the courier company nor Denis Marlon is responsible for, but the customer himself. This amount is approximately 7€.

Exchanges and returns

You may exchange or return any product within 15 calendar days of receipt of the order PROVIDED THAT IT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION BOTH THE PRODUCT AND THE BOX, in which case the exchange or return will not be made.

• You have to take into account that:
• The company does not reimburse the costs derived from shipments in the event that the order has been placed with shipping costs.
• Shipping costs for exchanges/returns are totally free for the Iberian Peninsula. For any other shipping area, shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
• *If your model is the 001 WOMAN you may find that the number on the tongue is one number more than the one you ordered. Don’t worry, this is not a mistake. The soles correspond to a higher number than usual, but when scaled to the Spanish size, they are one number below. This will be indicated on the box where the real size will appear.
